What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer/Advisor position at CC Powersports?
CC Powersports in Clarksville has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor. We are looking for an honest, caring and driven individual to join our team. We would prefer an experienced candidate however we are willing to train the right person!
We offer a 5 day work week. Health insurance, Dental, Vision, 401k, vacation, Supplemental insurance are also offered.
Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers with a friendly and inviting attitude.
- Accurately record customer concerns with appropriate detail on repair order.
- Organize daily work for technicians
- Build estimates including parts and labor, that is presented to customer in a timely manner.
- Meet department goals.
- Preform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to get motorcycle license.
- Previous experience in this field or similar is a plus
- Must have experience in the powersport industry, of some sort.
- Knowledge with our product line is a huge benefit - On and off road bikes, ATVs, UTVs, Snowmobiles and Power equipment - Snow blowers, Lawn mowers, Small engines etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
