Job Description:
As an Office Helper with telemarketing experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team and maintain an efficient work environment, along with conducting telemarketing activities to assist with business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and copying
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain organized and tidy workspaces
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
- Proven telemarketing experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
