Position Summary
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our members and guests. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property.

Duties
- Maintain interior of all Club facilities in a superior condition. Deliver professional communication when addressing members. Example: “Thank you, Mr. Smith”.
- Remove trash from all Club facilities and replenish with new trash bags daily.
- Follow cleaning schedule as directed by manager.
- Utilize property equipment and supplies.
- Safely and properly store chemicals, cleaning products and harmful materials.
- Wear proper PPE while cleaning or using chemicals or any potentially harmful materials that may be damaging to the skin or face.
- Safeguard and maintain utility supply closet in a neat and tidy manner ensuring the door is locked every day after use.
- Inform direct manager when in need of additional cleaning supplies.
- All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures.
- The employee adheres to and assures compliance with Standards of Conduct, company policies and procedures and all applicable rules, regulations and standards as promulgated by Federal, State, and accrediting agencies or regulating bodies. This includes, but is not limited to, Department of Housing and other applicable regulatory agencies
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

- Frequently lifts and moves up to 20 pounds.
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Works in hot and cold temperatures.
Job Benefits:
- Base Rate Depending on Experience: $21.00
