Respite Provider

What is Respite Care? Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends.
We are looking for a Respite Provider to hang out with an awesome teenage client to give grandparents some time for self-care!
Flexible Scheduling, fun environment, get paid to have FUN. No personal cares.
Pay:
- $14.96/hour for shifts under 8 hours
- $219.76/day for shifts over 8 hours and overnights
Schedule:
- To be discussed and determined between provider and family
- Ideally can be available on weekends and during after-school hours
Tasks:
- Ensure safety of client while under your supervision.
- Help encourage socialization and appropriate behaviors.
- Hang out and have fun! This client enjoys: Hot Wheels, video games, parks, rides, and any one on one time.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Candidates with experience working with children with disabilities encouraged to apply!
- Must pass background check
- Must be ok with dogs

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
