The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for ensuring licensed practitioners are credentialed as needed with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance companies for Professional Services.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum one (1) year of insurance enrollment / credentialing experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with CAQH preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
  • Experience with web-based data bases preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems, as well as recommend and / or implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.

Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
