JOB SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for aligning strategic plans to grow business on "Key" products,
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Be a "Product Expert" for your regional team.
- Build strong relationships with respective customers & corporate partners in the region, aligning on a strategic plan to grow business on "Key" products.
- Building brand awareness on company's "Key" products.
- Educate / train fellow team members on "Key" products.
- Along with regional teammates, co-sell the company's value proposition & portfolio.
- Be a consistent road warrior to conduct meetings, trials, trainings, with customers, partners, & colleagues.
- Be a hunter to drive new business, while converting old units in the region.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Help support the regional team in the quoting process as needed.
- Lead pipeline management in the region on "Key products" in support of the Region Director.
- Executing on business plans and KPIs in collaboration with management.
- Using Salesforce as a live and proactive selling tool.
- Adheres to monthly budget requirements
- Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected

Requirements
- · A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. · Minimum of (5) years related medical sales experience with medical device, laboratory, and/or capital equipment. o Top 5% Pharmaceutical · Strong understanding of medical sales process and the steps taken to close business. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office. · Proficiency with Salesforce.com. · Driver’s license with acceptable driving record. · Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
