As an e-Commerce Manager, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website & social media marketing plans. You will be responsible for driving lead generation through marketing channels.
General Accountabilities
· Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals.
· Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
· Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
· Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
· Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
· Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel to stay organized.
· Manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
· Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print, and digital marketing.
· Manage/Oversee all social advertising campaigns.
· Interacting with customers and dealing with customers' inquiries.
· Managing a budget to be spent on promoting e-Commerce.
· Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media.
· Monitor industry content and competitive marketing to inform relevant and timely content creation and distribution strategies.
· Review and report analytics to gain channel and content performance insights through research and evaluation.
· Responsible for reaching out to new prospects and developing relationships with current customers
Support the team in the development of content strategies, keeping the target audience in mind.
Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media channels
Create engaging social media content that align with the company's brand and values
Monitor and manage the company's presence on social media platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
