Sweeper Driver

Cedar Grove is looking for an experienced Sweeper driver to be based out of our Everett facility. This person will operate a sweeper truck across several facilities, floating between locations as needed. This position is eligible for a retention bonus of $1000 paid after completing 6 months of continuous employment and again after completing 12 months of continuous employment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate safely and efficiently on road with sweeper truck
• Pre/post trip equipment inspections
• General site maintenance

Required Skills:

• Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience operating sweeper truck
• Ability to work with public in a professional manner.
• Dependable, self-motivated and ability to work without supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience/Other:

• Must have a valid CDL Class B License or greater
• Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record

Physical Demands:

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to stand for four or more hours per day, and frequently lift, push/pull, and/or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
