Security Attendant

Mid-May through mid-October security attendant position available! The primary location for your duties is at Cedarlane RV Resort on Catawba. Daily duties include walking and driving around the facility to monitor for any potentially damaging or disturbing scenarios, responding to and addressing complaints of noise, ensuring guests are adhering to quiet hours, monitoring the gate to ensure only registered guests are entering the park, locking attractions such as the pools and pickleball court at closing hour, organizing pool and patio furniture, taking out trash, and general cleaning of restrooms throughout the shift. Typical hours are 6:00PM-2:00AM but may vary depending on weather. Typical shifts are Thursday - Sunday, but additional hours may be available if the candidate wishes to perform additional housekeeping or grounds duties during the week.

Matching 401k offered for 21 after a year of service with full time hours. Applicant must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license. This is a full-time position; weather may alter hours occasionally. Team members can expect to be laid off mid-October through mid-May. We prefer to hire team members who wish to grow with the company, and offer promotions from within for qualifying, hard-working team members. Pay is determined based upon experience, ability to work the required schedule, and merit.
