CEFCO Convenience Stores is now hiring Store Managers to join the team!

As the Store Manager, you will :
- Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including :
- Store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash / inventory shortages), and shrinkage.
- Daily paperwork and computer entries.
- Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire! Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.
Other extremely important responsibilities include :
- Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel.
- Motivate, encourage, and challenge all employees.
- Ensure performance standards are maintained.
Here's what we're looking for :
- 2-3 years' management experience in a convenience store, retail store, or fast food / restaurant operation. (experience with budgets and P&Ls is a huge plus!)
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A desire to build, lead, inspire, and grow a team of outstanding individuals.
