Celigo is looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for selling CloudExtend Apps to customers in their territory. This role is based out of the Indianapolis, IN location. Qualified remote candidates will also be considered.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who thrives in a high volume fast-paced environment, has a history of high conversion and close rates
  • Demonstrated experience in managing monthly and quarterly quota assignments and being able to forecast sales activity accurately
  • Experience managing sales cycle from beginning to end by using your domain experience, sales skills, and leveraging company Solution Consultants
  • At least 3 year’s sales experience with proof of a good track record in B2B sales
  • Strong command of key business issues and how integrated solutions affect business outcomes
  • A knowledge of Excel as well as the ecosystems we well into (NetSuite and Salesforce) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and adamant about never missing meetings and appointments
  • Understanding of finance and/or retail operations and the lead to cash process
  • Experience giving presentations or demonstrations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, even stronger closing skills
  • Can work independently and take self initiative
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience

What would you do, if hired?

  • Along with an SDR, manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to generate net new business
  • Along with a Customer Success Manager, upsell and cross sell amongst our current customer base
  • Focus on upselling prospects in trials to Enterprise Editions of our Apps
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms
  • Actively prospect new opportunities: networking events, existing contacts, LinkedIn, seminars and trade shows
  • Conduct sales presentations online, including product demonstrations that highlight key benefits targeted to prospect’s needs, ROI and the value of CloudExtend’s solutions
  • Qualify and manage the discovery process. Understand key business requirements, impact to the business and prescribe how benefits will address specific pain points
  • Close business with net new accounts, hit quarterly quota
  • Track all leads and opportunities in Salesforce: add and update contact and account information, prepare and generate quotes and agreements, manage opportunity pipeline, and keep lead/opportunity details and communications up to date
  • Work with marketing on product reviews and customer references
