What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Campaign position at Celigo?
The Campaign Director will be responsible for planning and executing integrated multi-channel global campaigns that create demand across the entire buyer’s journey and increase revenue for Celigo. The Campaign Director will be focused on delivering persona-centric campaigns that are tightly aligned with Celigo’s solutions, targeted industries, segments, and accounts.
We are looking for a results-oriented individual with proven expertise and passion for modern data-driven demand generation, account-based marketing practices and marketing technologies. The person that fills this role needs to be well versed in campaign planning across internal and external stakeholders, defining success criteria, execution, and budgeting. Additionally, the person will be responsible for tools and process improvement supporting global campaigns. This role also drives in-depth analysis, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the buyer’s journey, and makes data-centric recommendations to improve campaign performance and increase pipeline.
What would you do, if hired?
- Develop and oversee the global campaigns strategy and plan that delivers pipeline globally across the buyer’s journey
- Drive campaigns in support of our focused solutions, industries, target personas, segments and accounts
- Execution and support across multiple demand channels: digital, web, email, nurture, events, regional marketing, etc.
- Work closely with internal key stakeholders, content providers and 3rd party vendors to plan and execute global campaigns
- Collaborate with our sales development, account teams and partners to maximize the yield of all campaigns, with pipeline as the primary KPI.
- Create/manage the campaign calendar and coordinate campaign touches across marketing and sales teams
- Develop and maintain a campaign measurement framework. Define campaign-level KPIs and ensure optimization in alignment with overall demand generation funnel targets for acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Manage a cadence of reporting, monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement
Who are we looking for?
- 8 years of B2B campaigns and marketing, SaaS experience preferred
- Proven track record of overseeing global campaigns including developing plans and strategy
- In-depth background with execution across demand generation vehicles
- Expert in targeting: Accounts, personas, segments and industries
- Developing messaging and content that support campaigns and programs
- Must have a strong background with in-depth tracking, analysis, and reporting effectiveness
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing or related preferred

Pay Scale Information
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $130,000 - $160,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
