What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Marketing Manager position at Celigo?
Celigo is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to help manage and scale our Channel Partner Marketing program. You will play a vital role in accelerating Celigo’s pipeline and revenue stream with and through our network of channel partners. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will be an engaged team player with excellent cross-functional skills and practical experience executing successful marketing strategies that will help our reputation and growth through partnerships.
You will manage relationships with multiple channel partners and develop various marketing programs to meet joint business goals, combining creative ideas with extensive analytic and data-driven demand generation experience. You are proactive and comfortable taking a hands-on approach, passionate about building partnerships through relationships, able to grasp able to gather and interpret data and market intelligence, and are well-versed in marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

What would you do, if hired?
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with channel partners to ensure that Celigo is positioned as the iPaaS vendor of choice in the ecosystem. You would be responsible for working closely with key partners developing and maintaining strong communication channels, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.
- Develop and execute Channel Marketing Strategies with top revenue producing partners in Celigo’s channel. You would work closely with partners to understand their needs and objectives, developing joint marketing plans, and creating campaigns and activities to drive partner engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally not limited to Sales, Channel, Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with of channel partner marketing initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance. This would include monitoring partner revenue growth, effectivies and ROI of marketing programs, customer acquisition through channel partners, and partner customer retention.
- Work closely with the Partner Enablement team to develop tools and resources for the Channel partners. These enablement tools would support partners to effectively market and sell Celigo including sales collateral, marketing materials, and training programs.
Who are we looking for?
- 4 years of relevant work experience in Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, or Product Marketing in the technology industry
- Track record of successfully executing partner marketing programs and driving revenue growth through partner channels
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and implementing partner marketing programs to meet company and departmental goals and pipeline targets
- Great Collaborator - To be successful, this person will need to be able to collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, alliances, sales, and partner success
- Highly Organized — Strong project management and interpersonal skills for leading multiple work streams and fostering cross-functional teamwork, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve when needed
- Results Driven — Rigorously holds oneself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and team performance, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get results
- Excellent Communicator — Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, external vendors, and all levels of management within the organization

Pay Scale Information
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 to $125,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
