RN Preceptor

Cell Staff is one of the nation's leading providers of travel and local contract allied healthcare professionals. We are currently working with a Health System in Washington to identify qualified Registered Nurses (RN) for 13 week Preceptor Contracts, with options to extend!

Position Details:

• 12-hour shifts
• Must have a minimum of 3 years ICU, PCU, Medical-Surgical, PACU, Labor&Delivery, or Emergency Room RN experience.
• Preceptor roles available in all specialties : Neuro Trauma, ER, MedSurg, ICU, L&D
• Previous preceptor experience highly preferred
• Current WA State or Compact RN license and BLS Certification.
• Training and orientation will be provided.
• Flexible scheduling is available for candidates with less than 36 hours of weekly availability.
• 1 week classroom orientation; 2 weeks floor orientation will work on floor between training cohorts
• Lots of support from managers
• Ratio: 2 residents : 1 preceptor
