What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Preceptor position at Cell Staff, LLC?
Cell Staff is one of the nation's leading providers of travel and local contract allied healthcare professionals. We are currently working with a Health System in Washington to identify qualified Registered Nurses (RN) for 13 week Preceptor Contracts, with options to extend!
Position Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- Must have a minimum of 3 years ICU, PCU, Medical-Surgical, PACU, Labor&Delivery, or Emergency Room RN experience.
- Preceptor roles available in all specialties : Neuro Trauma, ER, MedSurg, ICU, L&D
- Previous preceptor experience highly preferred
- Current WA State or Compact RN license and BLS Certification.
- Training and orientation will be provided.
- Flexible scheduling is available for candidates with less than 36 hours of weekly availability.
- 1 week classroom orientation; 2 weeks floor orientation will work on floor between training cohorts
- Lots of support from managers
- Ratio: 2 residents : 1 preceptor
