Job Description:
We seek a versatile Quality Control and Computer Repair Technician. This dual-role position is crucial for operational efficiency. As a Repair Technician, you'll diagnose, process, repair, and test client devices. In the QC role, you'll conduct post-repair quality control checks for all devices serviced by the technicians, balancing speed and accuracy effectively.
Job Duties (QC Technician):
- Performing post-repair quality control checks to ensure that devices meet specified criteria for functionality and performance.
- Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hardware and software issues in computers and other electronic devices.
- Maintaining detailed records of repairs, quality control checks, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Striking a balance between speed and accuracy in performing quality control checks, ensuring efficient yet precise assessments.
Job Duties (Repair Technician):
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in computers and related devices.
- Repair or replace faulty hardware components, such as Screens, Housing parts, and motherboards.
- Resolve software-related problems, including operating system errors, software conflicts, and application issues.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines, especially when handling warranty repairs or compliance requirements.
- Ensure the quality and functionality of repaired computers through testing and quality control checks.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, documenting the nature of the issue, steps taken for resolution, and any replaced components.
- Striking a balance between speed and accuracy in performing repairs, ensuring efficient yet precise resolutions.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
