Location: Sparks Glencoe, MarylandJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $110,000 - 115,000 per year We are looking for a talented Director of Digital Marketing to join our client's team for a direct-hire role in Sparks Glencoe!As the Director of Digital Marketing, you'll lead the charge in driving our client's digital presence to new heights. Your strategic expertise will be instrumental in crafting and executing digital marketing initiatives that not only boost brand recognition but also significantly contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a passion for innovation and a knack for steering teams towards success! Responsibilities: Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals. Mentor and manage our talented digital marketing team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring cohesion. Optimize collaborations with external partners and agencies to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously analyze and optimize marketing channels and campaigns using data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition and meet business targets. Establish and enforce stringent quality control processes to maintain brand integrity across all digital marketing efforts. Stay ahead of the curve by implementing cutting-edge marketing technologies and testing new strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Manage digital marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Manage Amazon storefront and affiliate marketing channels to drive revenue and optimize performance. Review and approve all marketing communications, including emails and SMS, to ensure quality and effectiveness. Develop and manage organic and paid social media strategies based on market analysis and performance data. Qualifications: Experience level: Director Minimum 5 years of senior digital marketing experience with a focus on strategic development and team leadership. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google and Facebook Ads, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
