Package Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Skillman, New JerseyJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 54 per hour We're seeking a Package Designer with a beauty industry background to join our client's team, in New Jersey!In this role, you will lead a diverse team of 30 designers across multiple locations including Japan, Singapore, Los Angeles, and New York and shape the future of premium product innovation and brand experiences.The ideal candidate is passionate about driving innovation in the beauty industry and thrives in a dynamic environment where creativity meets strategy. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior designers to create compelling packaging designs that reflect brand identity and values. Assist in the development of packaging concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints. Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners, articulating the creative vision effectively. Maintain a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and are scalable for production. Qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to create on-brand solutions.
