Packaging Project Manager

Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $48 - 53 per hour We are looking for a dynamic Packaging Project Manager to join our client's team and help drive their packaging projects from concept to completion! As part of the Creative Services Team, you will manage the packaging creative process across all stages of development—from briefing to concept, and execution to the delivery of artwork. Taking an ‘end to end’ strategic approach, you will optimize the efficiency of internal processes from both a commercial and delivery perspective. This role is central to the successful delivery of creative solutions for product and gift packaging within our client's global markets. You will act as the linchpin between brief and delivery, bringing creative ideas and commercial opportunities to life through exceptional work delivered with agility and diversity.Responsibilities: Serve as the influencer and go-to person for the project team, providing clarity around all aspects of the creative process. Bring an operational mindset, with the ability to pivot in response to challenges and opportunities. Utilize your excellent eye for creative and graphic quality to ensure projects align with existing and developing brand styles. Demonstrate your expertise in managing the feasibility of creative projects. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are on track for smooth and professional delivery. Qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Education: Bachelors Strong understanding of the packaging print process, packaging constructions, innovations, and sustainability and environmental requirements. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and changing priorities in an organized and flexible manner. Excellent prioritization skills are essential. Experience in supporting and mentoring junior team members. Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of gifting and packaging/NPD projects. Familiarity with creative agency job costing systems and asset management systems.
