Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, panels, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Required 2-3 years of mechanical production experience with HS Diploma / GED. No college degree required.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-21.50 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

• Use precision measuring instruments to measure parts for assembly using a template or cutting tool.
• Use saws to cut parts to specifications if needed; trim using handtools if necessary.
• Load raw materials on machines or tools and operate machinery equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned!

Experience:
·1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment with experience with measuring and/or cutting tools preferred but not required.
·Proficiently proficient with the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)for measuring parts and dimensions of parts according to standard procedures or procedures prescribed by a specific standard or standardization effort.

Job Type: Contract
