HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER | IMMEDIATE HIRE
Center Cut Landscaping LLC is a rapidly growing commercial landscape company in the greater Las Vegas area. We are an established commercial landscape contractor and we are currently looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Manager. Areas of responsibility may include:
- Phone interviews, applications and scheduling interviews
- New hire paperwork
- New employee setup
- Disciplinary actions, including documentation and employee meetings
- Employee uniforms and inventory
- Employee verifications
- Drafting announcements and documents related to policies and procedures
- Collecting and administering new policies for employees
- Translating safety or other policy documents
- Monitoring various aspects of employee's performance
- Overseeing worker's compensation program
Position Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Keen attention to detail (this job requires a high level of organizational skills)
- Excellent active listening skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft or Google docs
- Must be a self-starter, team player individual with a positive, go-getter attitude
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
- Must be able to exceed standard customer service expectations
- Ability to self-manage
