The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking an HR Generalist / Employee Relations & Wage & Hour for a full-time position in Chattanooga, TN.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting the HR Director in human resource-related activities within the workplace. The Human Resources Generalist will assist with employee relations and wage and hour regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with the Department of Labor. The position will be responsible for human resource matters, gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for policy development, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of one year experience in healthcare human resources required.
- Experience with employee relations and/or wage and hour experience highly preferred.
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP OR SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
