Center Psychotherapy expanded to a group practice in 2019 to meet the demand for providing high-quality trauma treatment services while also offering a supportive and collaborative learning environment for clinicians. Center Psychotherapy is a mission- based practice that stands for justice, equity, and inclusion, and encourages continual growth and development of all its staff members. We strive to ensure that all of our clinicians are culturally humble and incorporate a cultural lens into treatment with clients.
Located in Arlington and Winchester, we currently have 11 therapists on our Clinical team and comprehensive administrative support.
Job Details
Center Psychotherapy believes that trauma recovery and healing happens through the integration of humanist, client-centered modalities with interventions that meet each individual client’s needs. We are looking to bring on a licensed or licensed-eligible therapist onto our team who can use this treatment lens to work with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma.
***This is a part-time position primarily needed for evening and weekend hours.***. The part-time clinician is expected to hold 10-15 sessions per week.

Qualifications
The following qualifications are desired for this role:
In addition to excellent clinical skills, therapists who are self-directed yet team- oriented, eager to grow and develop their clinical skills, and supportive of other team members will be most successful at Center Psychotherapy.
Compensation
This position will be employee status. Compensation will be a hourly rate compensation structure commensurate with experience and caseload. This is usually between $55-$65 per billed hour.
