Medicaid Biller
Centers Health Care is actively seeking a full-time Medicaid Biller to work in the Bronx. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be able to effectively multi-task; should also be computer savvy, have a good personality, and be able to work well with others. Familiarity with skilled nursing facility finances, as well as experience dealing with Medicaid, is a plus.
DUTIES:
- Processing Medicaid Claims
- Inputting and confirming Data into the Billing System
- Detecting Issues and working with the Finance Team to correct them
- Resolving denial instances
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a Nursing Home Finance/Medical Billing Office.
- Strong knowledge of the Nursing Home Medicaid Billing and Application process
- Must be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Should be highly detailed and organized
