Job Description: Position Summary: The Lee County Treatment Courts Team Lead oversees the administrative and clinical operations of a clinical team that serves adults in the Lee County Treatment Court programs who have severe mental health disorders or co-occurring substance use disorders and a history of criminal behaviors. The team lead manages program referrals, intakes, and admissions while also maintaining a small caseload and providing direct therapy services. This position ensures adherence to Centerstone and Lee County Treatment Court policies and procedures, guaranteeing clinical standards and chart compliance. Regular coordination with judicial system, community partners and other Centerstone programs is needed for continuity in client care. Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) as a mental health professional. Must have the ability to develop supportive relationships with persons with legal, mental health and co-occurring substance abuse issues while maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries. Must possess knowledge of mental illness and recovery. Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency with computer systems and concurrent documentation. Preferred Qualification: Prior experience in mental health or addictions field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Highly motivated, self-directed, possessing some flexibility with work hours. Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate with individuals across multi-disciplinary teams and community agencies. Willingness to work with individuals with mental health diagnoses and in early recovery from substance use to motivate them toward their goals. Essential Functions: Supervise daily operations of treatment court programs while carrying a caseload and providing therapy services to clients. Manage day to day operations of the Lee County Treatment Court programs including clinical documentation, assessments, admissions and discharges, monthly peer reviews, coordination and communication between staff and clients and other Centerstone programs and community partners including the 20th Judicial Circuit Court staff. Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position operates in and office environment This position may be subject to exposure to individuals who engage in maladaptive behaviors. Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel: This is a full time, non-exempt position. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday - days. This position requires flexibility in work hours to include some evening and weekend hours as needed to meet the needs of the clients and to ensure all tasks required of the position are completed in a timely and comprehensive manner.
