We are a third-generation wholesale nursery supplying the independent garden center market, looking for a go-getter to join our team! Our product is a mix of perennials, shrubs, veggies and herbs, all in high-quality branded pots.
This position can be hybrid (in-office/remote) but will require some time in-office. The accounts we are looking to cover are in New England. The territory would cover from Connecticut to Maine. General hours of this position will be 7:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday, but Spring time will be longer at times. We are very seasonal so we allow flexible time off in the winter, but its all hands on deck in Spring! If you are looking for a fast-paced, team environment this is your place.
Our ideal candidate would have five years of sales experience and an interest in horticulture. We are looking for someone highly self-motivated. Because this is a seasonal business, it can be very fast-paced at times; so you must be able to multi-task well. In the off-season is when we travel to visit customers.
