Enjoy a rewarding position on our Call Center Team as a Customer Contact Assistant! As a Customer Contact Assistant, you will manage inbound and outbound communications for CentraCare. This is fast-paced work triaging calls, dispatching staff and security, and managing the primary switchboard duties for CentraCare.

Schedule:
- Full Time | 80 Hours Every Two Weeks
- 8-hour Shifts 7am - 3:30pm | Every Other Weekend Rotation
Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):
- $17.57 per hour however, we pay more for experience.
- $1.05 per hour on weekend

- Paid training and medical terminology course
- Partial work from home options after training (90 days on average) has been completed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills required
- Typing skill of 40 wpm along with general computer and Microsoft Office experience.
- One to two year post high school training in clerical, secretarial or PC based phone system preferred
