Key Accountabilities
- Loan Review Production and Effectiveness
- Complete loan reviews timely and accurately
- Understand and analyze credit information on a variety of loan types
- Assess and compare attributes of a credit relationship to loan risk rating definitions
- Provide well-supported rating recommendations
- Efficiently prepare accurate financial statement spreads for reviews and new loan proposals
- Operational Effectiveness
- Efficiently prepare effective written analysis
- Effectively support multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- You’ve Got This:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of financial statement analysis experience
- Solid ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with integrity
- Must be conscientious regarding detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
- Commitment to the organization’s core values
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Competencies:
- Relationship Building - Ability to develop and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to influence others through informal leadership.
- Communication – Strong ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally).
- Problem Solving – Ability to identify a problems root cause and drive to resolution. Ability to escalate where appropriate and ensure follow through.
- Business Acumen-Basic understanding of the Banking industry and business environment both internally and externally.
