Duties & Qualifications
Must be available and able to work with short notice.
Ability and willingness to perform general custodial duties.
Ability to work with machinery and technology consistent with building use.
Ability to work courteously and cooperatively with other staff.
Massachusetts driver’s license required.
Ability to safely lift 40 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Satisfactory CORI/SORI/Background Check
Other duties as may be assigned by the building prinicpal, Assistant Superintendent, or Buildings & Grounds Manager

In accordance custodial' contract, Step 1.
