We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of an agricultural cooperative in N.W. Volusia County. A minimum of 10 years experience and a bachelor's degree are required.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operation of the establishment.
- Manage and develop a team of employees.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations with a safe, clean working environment
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably warehouse and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A marketing background is a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
