We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the construction team to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about construction and project management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion
- Elevate and build relationships with key service providers
- Communicate with all personnel involved in the project
- Assist with human resources and hiring/training of personnel
- Develop a complete understanding of project plans and specifications
- Prepare and review cost estimates and deliverables
- Manage and handle construction disputes with vendors and clients
- Create and manage weekly project status reports
- Manage closeout submittals and warranty documents
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years in a Project Management or Owner's Rep position on commercial builds
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing projects for hotels, condos, and resorts preferred
- Experience with commercial remodels, capital projects, and renovations
- Verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Bachelor's in Construction Management is a plus
- 5 years of supervisory experience in construction is a plus
- 8 years in the construction or fuel industry is a plus
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- This position may travel and is an exempt position
- Bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, reaching, kneeling, and twisting may be required
- Lifting of construction materials of various weights and sizes may be required
- Standing or walking for long periods of time
- Vision abilities include close and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Hearing at levels of normal speech
- Repetitive motion (sitting, working at a computer, typing) may be required

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
