Registered with Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as MFT-Intern, ASW, PCCI, or Psychology Assistant; OR BBS licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Valid California Driver's License How you will make a difference (job overview): This position coordinates the care and leads the Full-Service Partnership (FSP) team regarding service delivery based on participant voice. Assumes primary facilitative role for FSP services for TAY and families. Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of the youth and family to identify strengths and needs. Provide services in various settings, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings.
