Job Description: 
As a sales representative for our company, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, assess their suitability, and foster relationships to expand our client base. We expect you to achieve consistent sales growth and actively contribute to the expansion of our business. This role involves making a high volume of daily phone calls within our office environment and emphasizing direct communication with customers. Exceptional customer service skills are imperative to the success in this role. 

What You'll Do:
  • Cultivate and maintain rapport with current clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and igniting meaningful conversations to foster long- lasting partnerships.
  • Thrive in a dynamic sales environment where consistent growth and achievement are celebrated.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to conduct a substantial volume of outbound calls from our professional office environment, championing personalized customer interactions.
  • Elevate our brand presence by representing us at select industry trade shows and sponsored events, seizing networking opportunities to showcase our offerings.

Job Requirements:
  • Conduct 90 - 120 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrate professional phone manners.
  • Maintain a personable and friendly demeanor.
  • Availability for occasional travel to attend trade shows and events.
  • Previous experience in customer service. (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.  (Preferred)
  • Shooting and firearm knowledge.  (Preferred)
  • CRM experience.  (Preferred)

Job Pay and Schedule:
Pay: $3,000 - $4,000 month base pay plus commission
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
