Job Summary:

Must be able to self-supervise long term projects. Likes to work alone and as part of teams is required. Know when to reach out and ask for assistance as needed. Excellent communication skills are important, this position entails working with different departments (Client Services, Customer Support, and Customers), as well as our global IT team and Cloud Operations team.
This position will report to the Cloud Business Ops Lead and have a hybrid work arrangement of about 2 days per week at Campbell, HQ.
Responsibilities:
The US base hourly range for this internship position is $22.00-$27.00. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for internship hourly pay for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base hourly pay.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Cloud Operations team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain Cloud Operations resources, Documentation, and Inventory
- Lend Cloud Operations support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Bachelors in Data Science or MIS, currently completing a College Degree or recent grad in computer engineering or compatible field
- Familiarity in cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure etc)
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Gain hands-on experience in an IT and Cloud Operations position
- Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals
