Centro de Inmigracion in Lamont, CA is looking for two receptionists to join our team We are an Immigration Consulting Firm / Income tax and multi-services company. We are located at 7809 Panama Rd. Our ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Schedule appointments in person or by telephone
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- File, Scanning, and Data Entry
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Spanish / English bilingual fluency is required
- Prior receptionist or Front Desk experience, preferably
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
