Production Manager-Cabinet Company

Century Cabinets, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of quality cabinetry for use in single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, hotels, assisted living and medical facilities. We are looking for a talented Production Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the production of cabinets, keeping projects on schedule, safety, ensuring job quality standards, and providing overall great customer service to homeowners and other customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage all facet of operations including:

· Warehousing

· Logistics

· Project Management

· Delivery

· Cabinet assembly

· Team Building

· Quality Control

· Develop and maintain working relationships with cabinet assembly and warehouse team

· Ensure that customer needs/expectations are reviewed and met

· Allocate resources for assigned projects

· Manage productivity and post metrics for all production work centers.

· Close job orders on the shop floor.

· Ensure employees are clocked into the correct work centers and approve payroll.

· Control costs of labor and materials through implementation of best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Strong leadership qualities

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Previous trade experience (5 Years plus) particularly in the Residential Construction Industry

· Excellent computer skills

· Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

· Customer Service Experience
