Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our new dynamic team at our skilled nursing facility in Taylor, PA.

 

The Director of Human Resources is an essential part of our facility's team. When you’re at Oak Ridge your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Monitoring and onboarding new applicants

  • Manages all employee files to maintain compliance with Department of Health regulations

  • Holds weekly orientation for new staff

  • Biweekly facility payroll

  • Leading employee engagement committee and events

  • Provides support to employees with concerns

  • Supervises reception staff

  • Maintains OSHA logs and handles worker’s compensation claims

  • Handles unemployment claims; attends hearings if needed

  • Assists with Union interactions

  • Supports facility scheduling

Requirements:

  • Covid Vaccination

  • High School Diploma or GED

     

Experience:

  • Long Term Care experience preferred, not required
