Job Posting for Outside Sales Representative at Century Water
The primary responsibilities for this position are to analyze customers’ water composition, design water treatment solutions, make sales presentations, and build solid, long-lasting relationships within customers’ homes in your assigned territory Buda/Kyle. In addition to generating your own leads, you will be given company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.
This is a COMMISSION ONLY job, so candidate must be okay with commission only. Pay is anywhere between $800 - $1000 per sale plus weekly/monthly bonuses.
Commission is paid weekly! No Chargebacks!
NO CAP ON COMMISSION! No MINIMUM SALES GOALS TO ACHIEVE COMMISSION.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell water softener systems to residential customers with provided leads (new leads given each week)
- Set appointments with leads provided
- Communicate with supervisor for scheduling and customer follow ups
- Weekly follow ups/communication with customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with supervisor and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Must have reliable transportation to drive to sales appointments
- Flexible schedule available
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
