JOB TITLE: Production Worker
Information about the Company: Cenveo, a world leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings is hiring immediately for Production Workers in its envelope manufacturing facility in Williamsburg, PA.

Production Worker Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Load paper on to automatic hand-fed or web envelope folding machines and pack the finished product in a team environment.
- Inspect quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel and checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements.
- May be required to do rework on finished product.
- Cleans up work area during and at the end of shift.
- Other duties as assigned/required.
Production Worker Requirements & Qualifications:
- $14.25/hr shift premium $0.35/hr.
- 12 hour shifts - 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am – 7pm / Night shift 7pm – 7am
- Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season
- Opportunity to be promoted to a Machine Adjuster position if adequate mechanical skills are demonstrated after 90 days with the possibility to earn up to $21.65/hr if successful progress is being made based on the requirements for the position.
- The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment.
- Quality inspection skills and ability to measure/read a ruler.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform in a high volume work environment with speed and accuracy.
- Basic verbal/written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Production Worker Physical Requirements & Work Environment: -
- Ability to keep up with a high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.
- Mental alertness to stop equipment when jam occurs.
- Ability to step up/reach overhead/manually feed paper into machine.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Manual dexterity required to grasp objects; exposure to arm and wrist fatigue.
- Exposure to noise; must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
