Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Ultimate responsibility for the financial statements and financing activities within the company
- Secure compliance with local accounting rules as well as reporting to the group in accordance with the group accounting principles; IFRS
- Led, coached, and developed staff in the accounting team, communicating and giving feedback about organization expectations regarding productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Communicate regularly with other managers at relevant levels, both local and global, to ensure a functional communication exchange.
- Liaise with banks and insurance brokers as required,
- Responsible for audit contact, including planning and preparation. Available throughout the audit process.
- Review monthly actual data against budget and investigate discrepancies,
- Provide analytical support to Management to enhance the decision-making process,
- Maintain, monitor, and develop internal control activities to secure sufficient internal control within financial processes.
- Assist the MD and local organization in the preparation of the annual budget,
- Participate in monthly management meetings,
- Review accounting systems/processes and consider improvements to make information more accurate,
- Initiate cash flow improvement activities – i.e. Inventory reduction,
Education and Job Experience:
- Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited University or equivalent.
- Must have a CPA License
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with Finance.
- Experience from working in a manufacturing company is preferable.
- Experience in leading positions.
- Familiarity with IFRS

- Proficient in Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in ERP use as SAP, SAGE, INFOR M3

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
