- Responsibilities :
- Make the initial contact with the interested surgery patient
Provide the patient with information of the corresponding procedure and the steps to consultations and surgery providing triage medical information in a specific medical or surgical specialty.
- Refer the patient to the indicated physician and or head doctor if indicated.
- Attend to customer service initiatives by creating and owning the patient experience
- Answers telephone calls, respond to emails, texts and patient questions/concerns to ensure prompt accurate resolution is achieved Ability to multitask
- Demonstrates age-specific communication skills for patients with the ability to assess and interpret relevant data
- Communicate with the patient or their guarantor to obtain demographic, employment, insurance and current medical condition information in order to perform accurate registration
- Obtain client information for worker’s comp and corporate accounts, and verifies authorization and service(s) requested
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
