Title: HR Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (3 weeks of furlough- 1 week in Nov 2 weeks in Dec)

Location: Remote, PST hours (must work PST hours)

  • Output to unlock capabilities
  • Drives continuous improvement
  • End user store partner experience
  • Connecting the dots between data and business needs
  • Working with the HR technology roadmap
  • Large focus is on continuous delivery and sustainment for Starbucks HR team
  • Working on break-fixes and enhancements to HR modules in US and Canada
  • Focusing on the talent acquisition space
  • Working within the HR technology space
  • Stabilizing the HR technology system
  • Working with administrative services
  • Documenting requirements
  • Participating cross functional teams
  • Quick reference guides
  • Some software testing
