We are seeking a personal assistant/data entry clerk to join our team. We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious team player to support our office! In the Administrative Office Support role, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.

Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

All other duties as assigned.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Preferred)
