The Digital Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns resonate with diverse audiences and deliver on business objectives. Experience with webinars and a knack for presenting data in clear, engaging formats will be beneficial.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for various target audiences.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to monitor, evaluate, and refine campaign performance.
- Ensure that all campaigns meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Oversee and optimize activities across various digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, and email marketing.
- Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, bids, and channels for continuous campaign improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external marketing agencies, facilitating regular progress meetings.
- Oversee budget and expense tracking for agency-related activities.
- Review and approve major campaign and content initiatives before launch.
- Plan, design, and oversee a content calendar in alignment with digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage the production of content, including blog posts and whitepapers, ensuring consistent quality.
- Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, freelancers, and industry experts.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize content production and automation.
- Present digital marketing data and insights to advisor partners in an engaging format.
- Lead regular discussions with advisors, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into future campaigns.
- Coordinate with advisors on all aspects of webinar production, from topic selection to scheduling.
- Manage webinar promotion, rehearsals, and post-webinar communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate insightful performance reports for leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile – “Our Casting Call!”
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or other relevant fields.
- 3-5 years marketing experience, with specific experience in digital channels, multichannel marketing, lead generation or marketing management.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content strategy.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in agency liaison and webinar management a plus.
- A solid understanding of marketing strategy.
