We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our growing team. This person is a key point-of-contact for all customers working with CertaPro Painters of the Northwest Flordia. They are integral to the team, business, and customer experience. The role has a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from project management, customer service to marketing.
Our ideal candidate is someone that has experience in many of the key areas listed below but most importantly someone that is passionate around small business, great with systems, strives on providing great customer service and is vested in their own personal growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with our sales and production team on various administrative duties associated with projects.
- Guide Clients through our process from beginning to end ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage the production schedule and provide updates to crews and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist your team where needed with administrative duties, marketing, sales initiatives.
- Team, customer and crew appreciation programs and events.
- Participate in regional or national on-going training conferences/meetings.
Schedule:
- Full Time position
- Location: In Person (Destin)
- Mondays to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
Qualifications/Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree (a plus)
- Extremely organized, detailed -oriented, proactive, and self - motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to provide excellent customer experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages, Teams and CRM software
- 2 years of Office Assistant experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Spanish (a plus).
- Experience with the Contractor/Home Improvement space (a plus)
- Experienced with social media and digital marketing (a plus)
- Able to work In Person
Compensation:
- $30,000.00 to $37,00.00 per year
- Full Time , Exempt
- 401 (k)
