Job Description
Certain Services is a leading company in the water treatment and plumbing industry in SW Florida. We are currently looking for a FT Customer Service Dispatcher to provide ongoing customer support to both our clients and team members. This position is responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication that grows and maintains our customer base.
Responsibilities
· Receiving service calls on 4-incoming lines from customers, to create new work orders in our database for the service technicians
· Prioritizing calls and customers
· Understanding the schedule as it changes throughout the day with emergencies to make changes in dispatch and work assignments with efficiency
· Keeping direct communication with Front Office Manager and Operations Manager regarding technician’s schedule
· Assisting walk-in retail customers
· Assist in receiving shipments as they arrive
· Special projects as needed
Skills
· Shows great attention to detail and is organized, with excellent follow-through
· Strong verbal, data entry and communication skills
· Experience with multiple phone lines, with great phone demeanor
· Experience in entering customer data into database at the time of call
· Computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Quickbooks a plus (will train)
· Team player as well as work independently
Education and Experience
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Customer Service: 1 year (preferred, will train)
· Dispatching: 1 year (preferred, will train)
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Entry Level Pay, depending on experience $14.00 - $16.00
