Certco, Inc. in North Aurora, Illinois is actively seeking a motivated full-time Merchandising Specialist to Provides support for the Woodman's store by placing orders, stocking, building and maintaining promotional displays, and new item placement. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Merchandising Specialist

As a Merchandiser, you play a major role in our profitability as you review, approve, and complete restocking orders using order entry units. You manage the aisles you are in charge of and can take pride in your work. In order to excel in your position, you maintain promotional displays, help with store resets, and keep shelves stocked.

As the first line of contact for our products in the Woodman's stores, you provide excellent customer service! Customers may reach out to you to resolve issues or ask questions. You also get to participate in our yearly food shows. In accordance with audit guidelines, you maintain all product and supplier deals on an ongoing basis. You establish metrics for important indicators, such as inventory levels. Ensuring profitability for both our clients and ourselves gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Merchandising Specialist

• Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and order units.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stay extremely organized.
• Knowledge about grocery store operations

A High School Graduate OR 3 years of merchandising experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with grocery stores are a plus. Are you an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Can you handle client information with confidentiality and discretion? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A Merchandising Specialist

This is a full-time Merchandiser position that typically works from Monday to Friday, 6 AM- 2:30 PM. No weekends! Schedule is flexible and merchandisers can choose their own schedule.
