POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter/HR Coordinator is responsible for helping Certified Fleet Services achieve our hiring goals by developing a recruitment process that engages prospective employees. This role leads the efforts in helping candidates understand the opportunity and vision of Certified Fleet Services in order to attract remarkable team members. The Recruiter/HR Specialist is a dynamic role that will impact people in multiple phases of their employment journey. This role will possess a breadth of knowledge in the areas of coaching and development of staff, developing retention strategies, and elevating compliance with state and federal employee regulations, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Recruit talent aligned with the Mission, Vision, and Values of our business
- Hit recruitment targets on a monthly basis
- Execute strategic planning that tailors hiring, benefits, career development, succession planning and employee policies to help drive business goals
- Implement plan to support 1:1 meetings and staff meetings in ways that lift engagement and speed development
- Conduct department leadership training and development
- Provide guidance on compliance and other common HR-related matters
- Carry out a consistent Performance Management system with the necessary Performance Improvement documents to support the process
- Ensure incentive plans and fair wages are consistent by creating, reviewing and modifying plans
- Develop customized job descriptions, and cross-training strategies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of relevant work in Human Resources or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area of study (Preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of G-Suite/Microsoft Office products
- PHR or SPHR certification (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require travel - up to 10%
