- Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a long-term care and skilled nursing community located in New Concord, Ohio. Seeking an individual with experience in Human Resources, specifically in long term care, to join our community and Certus Healthcare family!
Pay rate starts at $41,000 annually depending on experience.
This is a salary position that is typically Monday through Friday, weekly, with the potential to be part of a manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.
We expect to fill this position within the next 30 days; our process includes an onsite interview, orientation, and a period of new hire training.

We are looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Prior experience in HR in Long Term Care
- Knowledge of Payroll
- A bachelor’s in human resources
This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who has knowledge of HR in a Long-Term Care Environment. We are looking for this person to assist with PBJ, payroll, and day to day HR functions within our community and overall create a positive environment.
