Job Title: COVID19 Tester
Job Schedule: Testing site is open seven days a week. The tester schedule requirement is three weekdays and every other weekend. There are no exceptions to the weekend requirement. Shifts are typically Monday to Friday (10 hours), Saturday (8 hours), and Sunday (7 hours). The role averages 65 hours over a two week period.

Description:
Client is seeking full-time COVID19 Testers to staff community-based testing sites in a fast-paced environment. Although the role is assigned to one specific location, travel may be required to nearby locations based on community testing needs or business requirements. Contract extension is automatic until the conclusion of the initiative.
Responsibilities:
1. The role is responsible for providing a great first impression by greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner and working to reduce wait time and ensuring wait time expectations are accurate.
2. The COVID19 Tester will also ensure interior and exterior areas are neat and clean, maintain guest privacy (HIPAA) by protecting and appropriately disposing of personal health information (PHI).
3. The tester will conduct all activities related to screening patients for COVID19: patient registration in EPIC EMR, insurance verification, point of care test specimen collection/processing, notifying patient of results, educate patient on appropriate next steps based on test results.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
2. Prefer 1 year experience strong customer service skills.
3. Prefer 1 year experience strong computer skills with a variety of programs and EMR.
4. Healthcare experience is also preferred in a variety of settings, such as doctor/medical office, hospital, or clinical experience.
