SCM/Logistics Coordinator
[Job Summary]
? Coordinating with other members of the supply chain including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time
? Maintaining inventory levels by ordering materials needed for production
? Coordinating with marketing teams to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain

? Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain
? Reviewing inventory levels, prices, and vendor contracts to identify areas for improvement in efficiency or cost savings
? Ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws, state regulations, and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling
? Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as those pertaining to labeling and shipping times
? Creating reports on supply chain activities and performance, including purchase orders, inventory levels, shipment schedules, and production schedules
? Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing plans to mitigate these risks
? Daily / Monthly inventory quantity & SKU check

? Must have 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
